Special K Diet

So after 3 months of lazing around, not exercising or eating right, I have gained even more weight and am now around 106 (I think...I'm too chicken to check). Something has got to give. Starting yesterday, I began the Special K diet. It's really quite simple. Eat Special K cereal or a Meal Bar for breakfast and lunch with a serving of fruit (I sometimes substitute diet yogurt) and then eat your third meal as you usually do. Also, you are allowed two snacks throughout the day, which are supposed to be special k brand, but they are expensive, so I substitute fruit, yogurt, whole-grain crackers, and other healthy snack foods instead. I'm doing really well so far! I like the flexibility it offers, because you can still eat a hamburger or even go out and eat at a restaurant if you want.

I've been really into YouTube beauty videos and blogs lately, so I'm going to try my hand at it. I'm going to use my blog first and then mayyyybe try to make a youtube video. My first tag is going to be "Products I am Using Right Now" and I'll be working on that today! Wish me luck.
